Ohio Department of Education Approves the Panorama Student Survey

The Ohio Department of Education has announced that the Panorama Student Survey has been officially approved for use in the state of Ohio. The survey gathers student feedback on teaching and learning, and has been approved as a valid and reliable instrument for use in teacher evaluation systems.

At Panorama, we currently support survey work across 31 states and we’re excited to serve districts in Ohio as well. The survey includes sets of questions that gauge student feedback on a number of important measures of teaching effectiveness, such as classroom climate and the student-teacher relationship.

The Panorama Student Survey can be customized to the specific needs of each district. Districts can choose which topics (“scales”) and questions they wish to include, and districts can add custom questions as well. We’re proud to have received approval from the Ohio Department of Education, and we’re excited to support districts in running effective school survey programs across the Buckeye State.
